Adrie

I recently discovered this band, Glitterfox, at Treefort Music Fest and I cannot stop listening to their latest album "Night". I could happily sing along to their music for the rest of my life!

If I could only watch one movie for the rest of my life it would be either Moana and Mulan. I love a powerful and courageous Female Lead!

I love all animals, but I have a special love for cats! Especially my very sweet black cat, Salum. He is my BFF!

Yoga Instructor

After transitioning from a competitive dance background to yoga in 2011, Adrie discovered a profound source of passion and resilience amidst her journey of injury recovery. Practicing yoga became her outlet for embodied movement, healing, and self-awareness. Her love for the healing arts prompted her to get licensed in Massage Therapy in 2012 and yoga teacher certified in 2020. Blending physical therapy principles with the ancient wisdom of yoga, Adrie's classes offer a variety of practical tools to help strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.  She understands the importance and need for enhancing postural strength, bodily reverence, knowledge of injury prevention, and cultivating self-love and acceptance for sustained well-being.  Through intentional movement and breath, Adrie encourages her students to tune in to their own bodily sensations and wisdom building self-trust and confidence to help them navigate through the challenges of life.

Believing in the power of community, Adrie is dedicated to fostering a safe and encouraging space where everyone can feel valued and included.
