March classes will be about Spring Cleaning Kundalini-style! You'll be stoking the digestive fire to cleanse the body and purify the energy. These kriyas will move out the old to bring in the new. As we move, breathe, and meditate on mantra we open up the energy channels of the body. The body's innate healing and guiding systems are activated and we give ourselves the grace to experience optimal health and well-being. These kriyas are a good workout and will uplift you, leaving you feeling light and rejuvenated. Move with the seasons into renewal and into radiance, and explore the depths of your true essence.
Reminder! There are no levels in kundalini.
Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja yoga (the practice of meditation/mental and physical control) and Shakti yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).
