This ROLL MODEL® METHOD class combines self-massage techniques, and breath work to help you reduce pain, prevent injuries and improve mobility in your Lower Back, Hips and Legs. You will learn about your anatomy and how to use Yoga Tune Up® self-massage balls to help release muscle tension and tight fascia.

These unique self-massage balls are both pliable and grippy so they are able to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia – allowing you to bring hydration and mobility back into your tissue.  This class is a perfect accompaniment to any form of fitness training – yoga, running, weight-lifting, etc.  No yoga experience is necessary. We provide the Yoga Tune Up® balls.
