Yoga for Spine Health

This class will gently move you through postures that stretch and strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine and improve spinal mobility. Safe for individuals that have existing neck or back pain and great for those looking to prevent neck and back pain.

Led by a physical therapist, Elizabeth Bryan, DPT, we will briefly cover spinal anatomy and how to evaluate movement patterns and then flow through a gentle but dynamic vinyasa style class.
