I have a Ford Pickup named Betsy that’s been in my family for Four Generations!
When it comes to music, if I can dance to it or sing along, it’s on my playlist!
My first concert was the KROQ Inland Invasion in Devore, CA and my ride made us leave before the Sex Pistols played!
Yoga Instructor
Verronika’s yoga journey began in 2005 at her college Rec Center. Over the years, she practiced in various gyms and yoga studios but never had a regular practice. After starting a family and embracing a busier lifestyle, Verronika found peace on her mat once again. This sense of peace was something she wanted to share with others, so she pursued teacher training in 2019.
She completed a year-long 250-hour training with Just Yoga in Corona, CA and earned her RYT-200 certification in 2020. In 2021, she completed additional training in Safe and Creative Sequencing with Phoenix Rising Yoga in Wildomar, CA.
One of the things that Verronika’s favorite studios have in common is their commitment to inclusivity and non-judgment. She strives to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and offers options that are accessible to everyone.
Off her mat, Verronika loves to spend time with her family and being outdoors.
