Viveca’s journey with yoga began in 2017 when her mom became an instructor. Before that, she spent over a decade in ballet, starting at 3 and continuing until 14, when she was first introduced to Pilates. Recently, Viveca has rekindled her passion for Pilates, rediscovering how it challenges the body and mind. While it’s hard work, she is dedicated to becoming a Pilates instructor to share the joy and love of movement, helping others connect with and appreciate their bodies.

Viveca enjoys camping, building fires, or spending time downtown with friends. She also has a soft spot for monster movies and all things Star Wars—with Darth Vader holding a special place as her favorite. Whether on the mat, exploring nature, or geeking out over her favorite films, Viveca embraces the moments that bring balance, happiness, and fulfillment.
