Healing isn’t a one-time event—it’s a journey. This two-week series is the first in an ongoing exploration of yoga, mindfulness, and trauma-informed healing. Each series will center on a different theme, guiding you through tools and practices to support your well-being.
For this first installment, we’ll focus on the vagus nerve—the key to nervous system regulation. When activated, the vagus nerve helps us move out of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and into a state of calm, connection, and safety. Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, we’ll explore ways to stimulate the vagus nerve and support the body’s ability to heal.
