Pregnancy is one of the most transformative journeys a woman can experience. Over four weeks, this class will help you embrace and navigate the changes in your body and mind with confidence and calm. Through a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll gain the tools to support yourself, nurture your growing body, and connect more deeply with your baby.

Each week, we’ll explore a different theme, giving you the space to reflect, grow, and celebrate the strength you already carry within you. You’ll learn how to trust your body, use your breath to stay grounded, tap into your inner strength, and ultimately surrender to the beautiful unfolding process of pregnancy.
As part of this experience, you’ll be provided with a reflection journal to guide your daily practice and help you explore each theme more deeply throughout the week. The journal will give you prompts for self-reflection and personal growth, creating a rich, meaningful experience beyond the studio.
We provide all the props you’ll need to feel comfortable and supported during your practice—pillows, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and mats. Just bring yourself and a willingness to connect with your body and your journey.
