Join Jennyfer Aranda Berg, a 500HR Expert Yoga Teacher for three sessions jam packed with information you can use to move you forward in your health journey! Continuing education hours are also available to yoga teachers looking to expand their knowledge and skills.

Session 3: Yoga and The Pelvic Floor

Learn more about the pelvic floor and how to strengthen and stabilize it. By bringing awareness into your pelvic muscles, you can help support the overall health of your body. This workshop is open to all levels, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you can benefit from this class.

You will cover:

  • Anatomy of the pelvic floor.

  • Understanding pelvic floor connection.

  • Yoga practice to strengthen the pelvic floor.

  • Yoga practice to stabilize the core.

  • Breathing practice to connect with the pelvic floor.
