We usually think of anger as a“bad” emotion. Anger is neither good nor bad; it is a form of power, and how it manifests can be either destructive or constructive. Learning to use the power of anger constructively can help us heal old wounds so that we may achieve our life’s purpose.
In this Kundalini Yoga class with Katy, we will balance and transform anger in the body and create space for the autonomic nervous system to relax. Through movement (kriya) and meditation we will relax the breath, mind and heart and move you towards a meditative state to renew and heal the emotional wounds of the heart and calm the nerves.
